Flowdrill/Threading

Flowdrill is a tungsten carbide friction drilling process that allows the wall thickness of the material to be elongated enough to be threaded to a desired pitch.
Our in-house bespoke Flowdrill machine is fully automated and can process tubes from 12.7mm diameter up to 50.8mm diameter offering accuracy and repeatability.
We offer our customers an innovative, more reliable, and cost-efficient connection alternative to traditional fastening methods such threaded inserts and rivets etc.
